  • Jay Iyema, Client Coordinator

    Jay Iyema is our welcoming presence at practice. Jay is our client coordinator and serves as the first point of contact for new clients/patients at Birch Psychology. You can reach her at jay.iyema@birchpsychology.com. Jay is also reached through our main line/email.

  • Kyndal Sims, M.S., Billing Manager

    Kyndal (she/her) has been with Birch since 2021. She now serves as a part time billing manager.

    She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Colorado State University, and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

  • Fadi Azhari, Tech Developer

    Fadi’s role at Birch involves developing our practice’s EHR System.

  • Mariesa Short, M. Ed., Psychometrist

    Mariesa is a psychometrist specializing in pediatric and adult neuropsychology. She holds a Master of Education degree in Clinical Psychological Assessment from Vanderbilt University and has extensive experience working with people across a wide range of cognitive, academic, and developmental profiles.

    She is passionate about using assessment as a tool for clarity and empowerment, ensuring each person’s strengths and needs are clearly understood to guide effective, individualized support.

    Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, spending time at the dog park, and getting lost in a good book.
