Dr. Kromrey integrates various theories and therapies into her work including existential/humanistic theories, attachment theory, trauma and multicultural models, and depth psychology. She also integrates cognitive and behavioral models and play therapy techniques into her practice. Dr. Kromrey strives to approach each therapeutic relationship in a genuine, compassionate, and empathic manner in order to foster an environment of trust where clients can explore all parts of themselves. Dr. Kromrey also strives to bring her love of travel, nature, music, and humor into the therapeutic work.
