Birch Center for Training, Development and Clinical Excellence

The Training Clinic is Birch Psychology’s avenue for providing sliding scale, medicaid and pro-bono services when possible. Our training clinicians are supervised at a high level by Psychologists and Clinicians within the practice. Each trainee is matched to a supervisor with whom they meet weekly (one-to-one). Trainee’s also participate in group supervision led by post-doctoral fellows from the practice. This allows for a high level of care for each individual patient (individual, couple or family) with multiple clinicians supporting the formulation and implementation of excellent care. Additionally, trainees at Birch are provided with biweekly didactics that increase their exposure to a variety of topics within the field of mental health.
