Dr. Franzetti is a post-doctoral fellow at Birch who specializes in mental health therapy and psychological assessment for adults and adolescents (ages 13+).
He is passionate about working with individuals who struggle with difficulties such as ADHD, anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, depression, and Latino mental health.
He has worked on supporting populations including high school and college students, veterans, first responders, and adults at any stage of life.
Dr. Franzetti integrates evidence-based therapies into his practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma specific interventions. He is deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive, diversity-affirming therapy and is constantly striving to honor and respect the diverse identities of his clients.
Dr. Franzetti earned his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University and holds a master's degree in Counselor Education and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the University of Denver Health and Counseling Center focusing on anxiety and depression treatment, ADHD assessment and support, stress management, life transitions, and substance use counseling.
Dr. Franzetti is passionate about helping individuals identify their "stuck" points and supporting them in making lasting, positive changes. He enjoys joining clients on their journey to greater personal fulfillment, both in their relationships and daily lives.
