Natalie Vaughan is a doctoral student at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She works with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular passion for working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. She prioritizes authenticity and trust in her therapeutic work and views therapy as a space for both challenge and renewed hope.

Natalie has previously worked with clients across a range of settings including inpatient, residential, day treatment, and outpatient levels of care. She has experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and eating disorders. She has also conducted assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders.

Natalie’s clinical approach is grounded in family systems and attachment-based frameworks. She considers her clients within the contexts of their relationships and the communities and systems to which they belong. She also incorporates evidence-based and skills-focused approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to support emotional regulation and resilience. Natalie’s clients describe her as warm, transparent, grounded, and collaborative. She deeply values the courage and vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and feels honored to be part of that process.
