Ali is a master's level training clinician who is studying trauma-informed clinical psychology through a global and cultural lens. She has experience supporting individuals from a variety of backgrounds through psychotherapy and assessment. Ali has worked with developmental and complex trauma, cultural assimilation issues, depression, anxiety, suicidality, relationship concerns and life and career transitions. Ali also has a dedication to serving the refugee and immigrant communities and has received training and worked closely with individuals seeking asylum in Colorado.

Ali employs an integrative approach to psychotherapy grounded in the belief that the mind and body are inextricably connected—to experience oneself fully, the two must coexist in harmony. Central to her philosophy is the idea that liberating and loving one's authentic self is the catalyst for growth and change. Ali integrates the neuroscience of trauma with a psychodynamic approach to explore how the psychological and physical manifestations of development impact an individual's ability to exist authentically. Ali also believes connection is at the core of impactful therapeutic work; compassion and curiosity facilitate exploration and understanding. She strives to create genuine relationships built on honoring individuality and facilitating healing. She can be reached at ali.argo@birchpsychology.com and ______.
