Dr. Bridget Kromrey, Psy.D.

Good fit for doctors navigating chronic pain and health concerns

My background includes work in hospitals, chronic pain clinics, inpatient psychiatric settings, and the Veterans Administration, along with specialized experience in psychosocial oncology and trauma.  Through this work, I've developed an understanding of how physical health, emotional well-being, and personal experiences influence one another, particularly when someone is navigating chronic pain, illness, or significant life changes.

As a therapist for doctors in Denver, I take an integrative, relationship-centered approach to therapy, drawing from humanistic, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive-behavioral perspectives. For physicians managing their own health concerns or the emotional demands of caring for patients with complex medical needs, I offer a compassionate space to explore these experiences. Together, we can work toward a better understanding of how your physical and emotional health intersect and identify ways to support your overall well-being.
