Best for identity, relationships, and life beyond work

I work with adults who want to better understand their relationships, identity, self-esteem, family-of-origin patterns, and sense of meaning.

If your main concern is less about productivity and more about who you are beneath the role of founder, leader, or high achiever, my work may offer a different kind of space. We can explore how success, relationships, shame, old narratives, and family patterns have shaped the way you see yourself.

My approach is insight-oriented and draws from psychodynamic, intersubjective, and EMDR work, with a strong emphasis on helping you better understand your wants, needs, and sense of self.
