Best for leadership stress and work-life balance

In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I serve as Birch Psychology's Business Director. That gives me a perspective on leadership and organizational responsibility that may feel especially relevant if you’re responsible for a company, team, or growing business of your own.

I understand that "work-life balance" is rarely as simple as setting better boundaries. We can look at the pressures of leadership alongside relationships, family, grief, parenthood, identity, and the personal cost of always needing to be the one who keeps things moving.

If you want a therapist who understands both the emotional and practical realities of leadership, that overlap is a distinctive part of what I bring to the room.
