Good fit for rebuilding emotional connection and addressing painful relationship patterns

When infidelity occurs, I understand that the impact often reaches far beyond the affair itself. You may find yourself questioning your sense of security, struggling to communicate your emotions, or feeling disconnected from someone you once trusted.

As Birch Psychology's Clinical Lead for Couples Therapy, I use an emotion-focused and insight-oriented approach to help partners understand the emotional experiences and relationship patterns that influence their connection. My work is particularly focused on helping people recognize patterns that keep them feeling stuck and explore what they need to experience greater closeness and security.

I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to understand ourselves and one another more deeply. Whether you're working toward reconciliation or exploring your relationship's future, I aim to create a space where difficult emotions can be acknowledged and understood.
