GabrielGabriela Maldonado Bell, LCSW, is a bilingual psychotherapist (English/Spanish) who provides compassionate, relationship-focused therapy for children, adults, parents, and families. She brings extensive experience working with children ages 2-11, as well as supporting adults navigating life transitions, parenting challenges, and emotional wellbeing. Gabriela also offers early childhood mental health consultation for preschools and childcare centers.

Grounded in an attachment-focused lens, Gabriela integrates mindfulness, play therapy, nervous system regulation, and family systems theory into her work. She supports clients through a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, behavioral concerns, divorce and separation, grief and loss, career or identity changes, foster care and adoption, neurodiversity, gender identity exploration, and perinatal mental health concerns.

Gabriela believes deeply in the power of safe, respectful relationships. She takes a collaborative approach, honoring her clients as the experts in their own lives while walking alongside them in their growth.
