Dr. Kline

Dr. Breanne Kline is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, teens, adults, and families. She has generalist training in psychology, as well as a specialty focus in neurodevelopment and early childhood mental health. Dr. Kline enjoys providing comprehensive, high-quality diagnostic evaluations for children and teens. She can assess for autism, ADHD, learning or developmental differences, and social-emotional challenges. She also provides individual and family therapy across the age span to support clients with a variety of goals, such as reducing emotional or behavioral challenges, processing trauma or grief and loss, supporting healthy attachments between parents and children, adjusting to life transitions, and more. 

Dr. Kline’s evaluations are thorough and highly individualized from start to finish. She aims to provide clients and their loved ones with clear communication, timely results, and a thoughtful and comprehensive analysis of the client’s strengths and growth areas. She approaches all assessments from a strengths-based, neurodiversity affirming lens.

In therapy, Dr. Kline’s approach focuses on creating a warm and collaborative therapeutic space. She partners with clients to enhance positive relationships, develop new skills, build confidence, and ultimately, achieve greater psychological flexibility. She uses an integrative approach to provide a range of evidence-based interventions that best suit her clients’ needs, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and more.

Dr. Kline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Brain and Behavioral Science at Purdue University. She then earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Kline completed her pre-doctoral psychology internship in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, where she specialized in early childhood neurodevelopmental evaluations and trauma-focused therapy for young children and their caregivers. Throughout her training, Dr. Kline has worked in various clinical settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals, and private practices.
