Dr. Alissa Berger

Good fit for parents who want live coaching in the room

Rather than asking parents to describe difficult moments after they happen, I use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to coach caregivers while they engage with their child in real time.

This active, relationship-based approach can be especially helpful for families navigating behavioral concerns, attachment challenges, or complex trauma.

My background in play therapy, body-safety education, and trauma-informed care allows me to help children feel secure while giving caregivers practical tools that strengthen connection and create lasting change.
